Hi all, well so far I have spent a few hours everyday running as im lucky enough to live in a forest. Whilst I'm gutted that I cant visit the gym to use my usual heavy weights for a daily session I am putting my PT qualifications to good use by using what I have to create circuits and resistance training.
I am however drinking slightly too much now that the sun has decided to show its beautiful face and I don't need to drive anywhere. Maybe my first outing will be to sign up to AA at this rate lol!
