| General comments: | First time using this site, so I was quite nervous and a bit apprehensive.
But Violet immediately made me feel at ease. From speaking to the lady at reception to the timing and arrangements, everything was clear, professional, and ran perfectly.
Violet herself was fantastic—funny, relaxed, and easy to talk to. The icing on the cake was finding out we were a similar age and had both grown up around the Newport area, which gave us plenty to laugh about.
Not only is she a great lover, but more importantly, she’s a warm, funny, and caring person. A real credit to herself and the team.
